As part of The Advanced Clean Pledge, we have expanded our already rigorous cleaning measures in partnership with the leading environmental health service provider, Boecker. While we’ve always had very meticulous cleaning procedures and processes in place that instruct employees on the proper cleaning of a vehicle, our Advanced Car employees are now trained to implement new and more comprehensive measures that include enhanced cleaning of vehicles. Moreover, all our branches are constantly being disinfected and sanitized.

Vehicles

Clean vehicles have always been important to us, but nowadays, we know that vehicle cleanliness is even more critical. With SANICAR by Boecker, each of our vehicles is thoroughly cleaned between every rental and backed with The Advanced Clean Pledge. SANICAR, the only certified car disinfection service in the Middle East, is a hygienic and deodorizing solution that eliminates harmful germs and moulds in hard to reach areas.

The SANICAR sanitizing and disinfecting treatment is applied after the car wash, and sanitizes every part of the car from AC vents, seats, and floor, to the trunk, tires and indoor air.

Branch Locations

The Advanced Clean pledge extends to our branch locations as well. All of our three branches have been successfully disinfected, and will continue undergoing sanitizing treatments every now and then to ensure a clean, safe and hygienic workplace environment. The disinfecting treatment is 100% safe, FDA approved and EPA registered.

How We Protect Our Employees

We are committed to providing a safe work environment and are continuously monitoring the situation and implementing additional safety measures as needed. From dividing our team into groups that take shifts and allowing key personnel who are not required to physically attend to work from home, to re-operating at full capacity while sticking to very strict hygienic measures, we remain committed to our Advanced Car family’s safety and well-being.

We have also introduced new clean and safety measures in the workplace. Our employees working in branch locations are following the best safety practices recommended by leading health authorities.

This includes:

- Social Distancing
- Always wearing masks
- Frequently sanitizing touchable surfaces with disinfectant throughout the day (like counter tops, phones, tablets devices, payment devices, door handles etc...)
- Frequently washing hands -
Staying home if they are feeling ill
- Using disposable gloves and disinfectant when cleaning vehicles
- Keeping a safe distance at vehicle pickup or delivery
- Ensuring our team has all the resources and supplies needed

In addition to thoroughly sanitizing our vehicles in between rentals and backing them up with The Advanced Clean Pledge, we are keen on protecting our customers further by keeping a safe distance during vehicle pickup and delivery. While we look forward to keep driving you happy, we recognize that in these times, travel plans may change. This is why we are sticking to our no-fee cancellation policy.
